1 Minute
American Managment Association corp., asked its members How we can improve our Leadership skill .
Many answered like, communication with others , Team Building and Motivating others.
How can we communicate ? How Do we build our Team ? How Do we Motivate others?
...
We need interface ... That interface is Language.
Can you Imagine that without the language ,are those three activities possible ?
Never.
We MUST need Interface as like as set of rules or structured format of systems.
This is nothing but the Language.
* Language is the Communication of thoughts and feelings through a system of arbitrary signals,
such as voice sounds, gestures, or written symbols.
* It is A characteristic style of speech or writing.
* It is A particular manner of expression

There are 6,800 known languages spoken in the 200 countries of the world.
2,261 have writing systems ,the others are only spoken.

In out Nation, Two Hundred and eleven ... Different languages are spoken.

Some Indian Languages have got world level appreciation due to its purity , Independant tradition and rich body of ancient literature.
We proud about our Indian Language- Tamil that meets each of these requirements. So It was declared as a Classical Language by our Indian Government.
Not only Tamil, But also Sanskrit , Kanada and Telugu also accepted as a "Calssical Language", Because These are the Primary
resource for developing other Language like Hindi.
Tamil and sanskrit are one of the oldest language in the world. Kanada Language Research centre also had announced that
The Indian Language -Tamil is the orgin of relegions in the world.
Even though our language had got lot of appreciation from the world, our people are struggling to communicate with
people of different regions, one has to know more than one language.
The recent advances in Information Technology (IT) aims at narrowing down these communication barriers.
The Technology Development for Indian Languages (TDIL) programme was launched by Ministry of Information Technology,
Govt. of India in the year 1991-92. The programme aims at promotion of IT tools for Indian Languages

1 Minute

In our nation, many Languages are destroyed and become as a Dead language.
To say that a Language is dead is like saying that a person is dead. It could be No other way-
For Languages have No existence without people. A language dies when nobody speaks it any more.
Now sanskrit is becoming as a dead Language ; If we ignore to feed our Language ,
It will become a paper which is thrown in the wind.
The proper Transformation of linguist Knowledge from one generation to other is must.
AS Most of our thoughts are put it in our speaking language , we need to save our languge from dead level.
Otherwise our next generation might not be inherited our ideas , thoughts which was indirectly stored in
our Language.
So , crow our Intelectual language and make our country as a first in Inovation and creation.

Thank You!

A Good Programmer

The Programmer will probably have to deal with difficult people. You may even be a difficult person yourself. If you are the kind of person who has a lot of conflicts with coworkers and authority figures, you should cherish the independence this implies, but work on your interpersonal skills without sacrificing your intelligence or principles.
This can be very disturbing to some programmers who have no experience in this sort of thing and whose previous life experience has taught them patterns of behavior that are not useful in the workplace. Difficult people are often inured to disagreement and they are less affected by social pressure to compromise than others. The key is to respect them appropriately, which is more than you will want to but not as much as they might want.
Programmers have to work together as a team. When disagreement arises, it must be resolved somehow, it cannot be ducked for long. Difficult people are often extremely intelligent and have something very useful to say. It is critical that you listen and understand the difficult person without prejudice caused by the person. A failure to communicate is often the basis of disagreement but it can sometimes be removed with great patience. Try to keep this communication cool and cordial, and don't accept any baits for greater conflict that may be offered. After a reasonable period of trying to understand, make a decision.
Don't let a bully force you to do something you don't agree with. If you are the leader, do what you think is best. Don't make a decision for any personal reasons, and be prepared to explain the reasons for your decision. If you are a teammate with a difficult person, don't let the leader's decision have any personal impact. If it doesn't go your way, do it the other way whole-heartedly.
Difficult people do change and improve. I've seen it with my own eyes, but it is very rare. However, everyone has transitory ups and downs.
One of the challenges that every programmer but especially leaders face is keeping the difficult person fully engaged. They are more prone to duck work and resist passively than others.
