<Intro-1.20minutes>Tuesday 6 o clock in the evening , I met our Senior Toast Master Kumar at our cafetoria; He asked me , did you prepare your topic ? . I said , "Yes I prepared it in my mind but I didn't start to write script for that". He replied , "Then , It will be very tough for you".I Paralysed with fear on hearing this , went to my desk and prepared this topic based on my previous learnings and send to my mentor TM Karthick.
The Topic is ,"Experience".
"Experience "- Every employers and employees are using this word in their carrier life.
if you ask an English Teacher , what is Experience ? Teacher will reply , "It is a noun as well as we can use as a verb".
If you ask a Doctor, They may reply "Based on the Experience of the Doctor, we may calculate how many patients were killed ".
If you ask a Developing Engineers, They may say ,"Experience is the good tool that will reduce our work load".
If you ask a Test Engineer , They may file, "Experience is the worst teacher. You get the test first, and the lesson after".
If you ask a student , "I am having Experience How to make signature of my Father if I got fail in my progress report".
If you ask a Toast master , They will reply , "Practice Practice Practice, It will give Experience , that is Experience".

<EXPERIENCE HELPED ME>
Day before Yester day , our Toastmaster Swetha came to my place and told me , "Hey Sathesh I am leaving from HCL".I was shocked . why was I shocked ? Do you know ?I was seriously thinking what word I need to pronounce in this situation. suppose, if I said , "Oh great, all the best". what would she feel ? What this man ?he doesn’t have any sense , at least he may show his facial reaction like "....".She should think like this.
But I met same situation, when I relieved from my previous company ; my friends and managertold ,"Sathesh ... really we are missing you and your kindness and your help any way this is your carrier , so we wish you all the best for your future endeavor." I recollected it.
Based on this past experience ,I replied to swetha , she accepted my word and went with Happy.</EXPERIENCE HELPED ME>

The great Roman leader Julius Caesar recorded the earliest known version of this proverb,'Experience is the teacher of all things'.The Roman author Pliny the Elder in 'Naturalis Historia'wrote, 'Experience is the most efficient teacher of all things'.The Roman historian Tacitus said simply,'Experience teaches,' in his 'Histories'. The earliest English rendering appeared in 1539 as 'Experience is mother of prudence,' Frances M. Whitcher says ,'Experience is the best teacher,' in his 'Widow Bedott Papers'.
<ONE LEARN MORE FROM EXPERIENCE THAN FROM BOOKS>
Roshni , is a software engineer, desired to cook, but she doesn’t know how to cook , which item to cook ?she downloaded a ready made cook book, read it fully and went to kichen then started preparing for "Halwa".she followed the steps what ever she studied. Halwa ready ... wav nice smell... She served it to her husband , Husband asked , wav great ma ... then where is the sappathi (bread)?She asked, why you want sappathi(bread) , He seriously replied , without sappathi How can I eat this Saus ?
Imagine , what she will do ?
Roger Ascham wrote in his book 'The Schoolmaster', 'One Learn more from Experience than from Books'.
A fresh Engineer asked his Manager,"I have written the code based on the procedures, but I am not able to get the data from Database . Can you please tell me what I have to do ?"The Senior reply , "Simple ... First you need to start your Database".
Because , in that procedure , staring the database was not mentioned.So he expected the result after simply following the procedure.
A person Learn more from Experience than from reading Books or documents.

We have several type of Experience . It may differ from each other.Some persons have the experience that related to Body Building , some have experience on mental ,some may have experience on emotional and spiritual. These are the common type of Experience. However in our day to day life , we are getting deluge of experiences.
On seeing the pictures, places , on eating favorite or unknown food we are getting Experience/ Learnings .
My friend said to me , "Today I took 10 minutes for taking path . It was a great Experience for me in my life" . I asked him , "Ok Normally how much time you will take for path ?" He said ,
"Only 2 minutes ma". I understood why he was feeling so good .

when experience fail ?
Even though we have great experience , we are not applying those experience in to all kind of aspects.
10 years experience in IT field cannot work properly for Agriculture field.
Film operator is not suitable for making surgery operation in Operation Theater.

My Friend desired to learn and practice Yoga , so he read some Yoga books .Basically he is a good athletic person , so good in body structure also.I warned him , Friend ... don’t do Yoga without help of Yoga Teacher .but he refused my words andpracticed the Yoga whatever he studied and saw in that book. After some minutes , I heard the murmuring sound ... I peep the room , He was in very dangerous condition . he put his legs on the each solders ... However he didn’t come to normal position.So he murmured. I shocked and tried to help him. After a long efforts he came to his normal position.

Even though he (My Friend ) has the Experience in the field of Athletic , It will not suit for another area like Yoga or Pranayamam.

Yes , We need Experience ...
We need experience for developing our country BUT We dont need experience for making corruption.
we need experience for destroying virus BUT we dont need experience for destrying people in the form of murder.
we need experience for Judging the people for thier case BUT we dont need experience for Judging the GOD who is good or bad.
we need experience for Teaching good things NOT for bad things.
Finally I deliverd the Experience of senior TM Karthick and Kumar through my simple words.
